Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions and make sure you comply with them in full.

You agree that use of the field is at your own risk and agree not to hold Appleby Dog Park, its owners or staff responsible for any injury to you or your dog(s) arising from your use of the field.

 

The field is a large outdoor space and contains areas of uneven ground which could be concealed under long grass or other vegetation. In addition, the field could contain other hazards consistent with the countryside.

 

You agree not to let anyone else onto the field during your booking  (or share the code with others that will be provided to you 1hr before your session).

It is the owners responsibility to ensure all dog (s) are fit and healthy and are fully vaccinated prior to visiting Appleby Dog Park.

​

Dogs under The Dangerous Dogs Act (1991) must comply with the following for use within our park:

​

  • The dog must be kept on a lead and muzzled until you have, entered the field and closed the gate behind you- you can then remove the lead and the muzzle.

  • The dog must be put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field.

  • Areas outisde of the secure field, including the car parking area are public places and you must comply with government guidelines.

Please provide your own poo bags and place in bins provided. Take all other waste with you. 

​

We can accommodate six dogs and six people at any one time. 

​

Entering and Leaving the Park:​​

​

  • Please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your session start time

  • Please be ready to leave the park on time.

  • Please only unload your dog(s) once the previous session has exited the park and loaded their car.

  • Please do not exercise/walk your dog outside of the secure park fencing.

  • Dogs upon entering and exiting the park must be kept on a lead.

  • Please make sure all gates are shut upon entering and exiting the park.

  • Please do not  climb on fencing, logs or structures within the park or carpark.

Noise Management Policy

​

Please respect our residents who live nearby and keep verbal commands to a minimum. Bookings in the early morning and evenings should be used for dog exercising and walking and not training where commands would be used.

​

Please discourage your dogs from barking where appropriate signage will be displayed.

​

Appleby Dog Park management reserve the right to refuse admission to customers who do not comply with these rules.

Cancellation Policy:

​

Please contact us via info@applebydogpark.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or refund the booking.

Data:

​

We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. The information is not used for any other purpose or shared with any other parties.
